Job Description

As a Demand Planner at Capgemini, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Client and cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will contribute to the company's growth. Key Responsibilities: - Report PY / CY Category Performance across all initiatives - Monthly review of Building Blocks Delivery Top Line and per Customer - Review Category forecast for discrepancies, trends, assumptions - Sense check bottom-up value forecast at an aggregated level against value calculation based on financial aggregated rate - Provide content for Review Historical Performance, Review Assumptions, and Review Risks and Opportunities - Finalize unconstrained demand forecast after Category Demand Review - Forecast KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy (FCA), Forecast Value Add (FCVA), and Forecast Bias (FB) Qualifications Required: - Excellent understanding of demand planning - Knowledge of Customer Business Development processes - Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, organization skills, and attention to detail - Experience of 3 to 5 years Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world.
