About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Executive to join our sales & marketing team. This role is critical in driving awareness, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline for our B2B sales organization. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute demand generation campaigns, nurture leads, and ensure consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, events, webinars).

· Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) by targeting decision-makers in identified industries/accounts.

· Build and manage prospect databases, ensuring data accuracy in CRM tools

· Nurture leads through personalized outreach and marketing automation workflows.

· Collaborate with sales teams to align on lead qualification, account targeting, and campaign objectives.

· Track, analyse, and report campaign performance metrics, optimizing activities for maximum ROI.

· Support product launches, industry events, and partner-driven campaigns with demand generation activities.

· Provide feedback and insights on buyer personas, competitive landscape, and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in B2B demand generation, inside sales, or lead generation roles.

· Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.

· Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.

· Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

· Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Number of qualified leads (MQLs/SQLs) generated per month/quarter.

· Conversion rate of leads to opportunities.

· Contribution to overall sales pipeline value.

· Engagement rates across campaigns (open, click-through, response).

· Campaign ROI.
