Description
As a Consultant - Blue Yonder Demand Planning at NTT DATA, your role will involve implementing, optimizing, and providing post go-live support for Blue Yonder Demand Planning solutions. You will play a crucial role in aligning forecasting processes with industry best practices to enable data-driven supply chain decisions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement, configure, and support Blue Yonder Demand Planning modules. - Analyze client's supply chain requirements to design tailored solutions. - Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and user training. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, IT, and business stakeholders. - Develop test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Assist in data migration, validation, and cleansing for demand planning systems. - Provide post-go-live support and enhancements. - Support during upgrades, deployments, and post-production. - Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. **Qualifications Required:** - 4+ years of experience in Blue Yonder Demand Planning implementation/support. - Solid understanding of demand forecasting, statistical models, and supply chain processes. - Experience in configuration, functional documentation, and user training. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Experience in client management and business development. - Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science). - Blue Yonder Demand Planning certification (preferred).
