Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing and configuring DeltaV DCS solutions, supporting the commissioning and qualification phase of new drug substance facilities, providing operational support for various control systems, troubleshooting software and automation-related issues, and ensuring continuous improvement and innovation. As a Delta V Engineer, you will also have the opportunity to mentor and build a team, liaise with clients, and develop technology competency. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and configure DeltaV DCS solutions in compliance with project requirements and industry standards - Support the commissioning and qualification phase of new drug substance facilities - Provide operational and project support for PLC, DCS, MES, and ancillary data systems - Resolve software and automation-related issues during the C&Q phase - Be accountable for system performance, continuous improvement, and large-scale innovation - Mentor and build a team - Liaise with clients Qualification Required: - Extensive hands-on experience with DeltaV control systems - Proven track record in commissioning and qualification of biopharma plants - Strong technical skills in automation design, troubleshooting, and supporting software systems - Experience with DeltaV-MES interface, L2 integrations, and report development - Knowledge of ISA95/S88 standards and practical use of these standards in application design - Knowledge of Pharma manufacturing - Good communication and analytical skills - Hands-on experience in Werum PAS-X Specification, Execution, Compliance & Performance Module - Knowledge of GxP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11 Additional Details: The company focuses on developing technology competency, showcasing solution and delivery capability to prospect customers, accelerating delivery, developing consulting templates and artifacts, and collaborating with other domain-centric centers of excellence for solution-based offerings. You will also need knowledge of SQL queries, C-Sharp, Java, PLC logic, user management, system profile creations, and generic managerial skills to excel in this role.,
