Role Overview: As a Lead Dell Boomi Developer at Persistent, you will be responsible for architecting and leading the development of complex integration solutions using the Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform. You will guide a team of developers, ensure best practices in integration design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure integration frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade integrations using Dell Boomi. - Architect scalable and reusable integration frameworks across cloud and on-premise systems. - Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Implement advanced features like error handling, retry mechanisms, and performance optimization. - Ensure compliance with data security standards and governance policies. - Drive automation in deployment and CI/CD processes for integration solutions. - Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve issues to maintain system reliability. Qualifications Required: - Extensive hands-on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere, including architecture and solution design. - Deep understanding of integration patterns, API management, and data transformation. - Strong knowledge of SOAP/REST APIs, XML/JSON, and authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT, etc.). - Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise systems integration. - Proven ability to lead teams and manage end-to-end integration projects. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and version control systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile environments.
