Project Delivery: Execute IT projects and initiatives from initiation to closure. Ensure timely delivery of IT solutions according to defined scope, budget, and quality. Service Delivery: Monitor, manage, and improve IT services aligned with SLAs. Ensure incident, problem, and change management processes are followed. Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables. Coordinate with vendors, developers, and support teams for smooth delivery. Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, and compliance standards. Conduct testing, validation, and user acceptance sessions before go-live. Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps and recommend improvements in IT delivery processes. Support automation, monitoring, and optimization initiatives.
