Job Description

We are seeking a Program Delivery Manager with a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary product development efforts integrating electronics hardware, embedded firmware, software, and mechanical components from concept through to production.

Skills/Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
Hands-on experience in leading the full product lifecycle of engineered solutions (beyond just software)
Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware, software, and mechanical design
Strong knowledge of embedded systems, electronic design processes, and prototyping
Excellent people management and stakeholder communication skills
Experience with project scheduling, planning, standard compliance, and manufacturing ramp-up
Bonus: Experience in the metering, IoT, or energy domains

Responsibilities

Drive program planning, execution, risk management, and on-time delivery
Lead cross-functional teams to develop high-quality electro-mechanical products and associated software systems
Ensure seamless alignment between engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing functions
Own and manage delivery timelines, cost targets, and quality standards
