Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Delivery Partner located in Niphad. The Delivery Partner will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service. Day-to-day tasks include handling packages with care, using the company's technology for efficient route planning, and communicating effectively with customers to provide real-time updates. The role may involve occasional lifting and use of basic transportation tools to facilitate delivery operations.

Qualifications

Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients
Basic Transportation and Forklift Operation skills to handle packages safely
Training and Sales skills beneficial for potential upskilling and career growth
Experience in Food & Beverage delivery is an added advantage
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
Familiarity with local areas and navigation tools
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
