As a Delivery Partner in the Lifesciences domain at TCS, your primary responsibilities will include: - Cultivating, maintaining, and strengthening long-term relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders in order to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. - Serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and concerns, and ensuring timely and effective resolutions to enhance client advocacy. - Understanding client goals, preferences, and challenges to provide personalized support and tailored solutions, including GenAI solutions, to meet their specific needs. - Proactively developing and executing strategies to expand the client base, enhance customer experience, and identify growth opportunities aligned with client requirements. - Monitoring industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and drive strategic decisions in line with industry trends. - Identifying potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities from solutions/services to provide additional value to clients and contribute to business development efforts. - Gathering client feedback, analyzing data to assess satisfaction levels, and using this information to inform strategies for improvement in performance.
