As a member of the Communication BU team, your role will involve supporting business operations and sales analysis. Your responsibilities will include utilizing sales business intelligence, reporting, and analytics skills to provide visibility into the BU's sales pipeline. By integrating information from sales, customer, and financial sources, you will offer a comprehensive overview of sales performance. Key Responsibilities: - Drive BU initiatives across internal operations spectrum - Analyze internal operations metrics and present findings to BU leadership team with strategies for improvement - Implement guidelines/strategies to enhance adherence to business processes - Interpret financial and operational reports to provide a consolidated view of the business trajectory - Strengthen customer relationships by ensuring profitable business operations and enhancing internal processes - Conduct cost-benefit analysis of internal programs - Mentor, manage, and lead the sales operations team Qualifications Required: - Previous program management and business operations exposure - Strong execution and analytical skills - Education qualifications in Engineering or MBA - 8-10 years of experience In addition, the company is focused on reinventing itself and building a modern Wipro as an end-to-end digital transformation partner.
