Delivery Operations Associate Manager-Messaging

Role Overview: You are a meticulous and proactive Product Operations Specialist who will be responsible for hands-on activation of products, program compliance monitoring, and operations support across a suite of offerings. Your role involves managing the lifecycle of program operations, ensuring compliance with fraud prevention guidelines and program policies, and contributing to onboarding programs and process audits. You will play a crucial role in enabling scalability and trust in the ecosystem through deep-dive issue investigations and special projects. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and solve moderately complex problems, creating new solutions and adapting existing methods - Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and align team goals accordingly - Interact with peers, management levels at a client, and within Accenture - Manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture - Plan and execute end-to-end logistical coordination for volunteer engagements - Draft internal communications and marketing collateral - Schedule, coordinate, and manage logistics for collaborative meetings - Provide hands-on support for the launch of scaled volunteering initiatives - Assist in collecting data to track the reach and impact of programs Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any field - 10 to 14 years of experience - Results orientation - Thoughtful Leadership - Attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset - High level of discretion and sound judgment - Effective written communication skills and documentation abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently - Project/Program Management, Operations, Stakeholder Management, Content & Writing, Event Management experience (Note: This job may require working in rotational shifts),
