Looking for Delivery Manager with Java Script, React and Python. 10+ years of experience Work from home Contract to hire Long-term contract We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Delivery Manager to lead our team of front-end and back-end developers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a proven track record in managing the delivery of technology solutions. You will inspire and guide your team to design, implement, and maintain high-quality web applications, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects. General experience with development and familiarity with AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly desirable. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Lead and manage a team of front-end and back-end developers. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure using Terraform. Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the cloud environment. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing. Develop and maintain web applications using Django and React. Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications. Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions to proactively identify and address issues. Manage AWS cost optimization and provide regular reports on infrastructure usage and costs. Provide robust operational support for the application, troubleshooting and resolving issues to minimize downtime. Run Scrum/Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders. Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices.
