Delivery Manager and Solution Architect MES/MOM - Life Science

As a seasoned Delivery Manager and Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, delivery, and optimization of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Industry 4.0 solutions. Your role will involve focusing on ISA-95 standards, Pharma 4.0 principles, and industrial control systems to drive digital transformation in regulated manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end delivery of MES and Industry 4.0 projects for global pharmaceutical and industrial clients. - Architect scalable, compliant, and future-ready MES solutions aligned with ISA-95 and GAMP standards. - Define and implement Pharma 4.0 strategies by integrating IT/OT systems, automation layers, and cloud platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including automation, IT, quality, and operations to ensure seamless solution delivery. - Oversee project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication. - Drive performance assessment and continuous improvement using operational KPIs and management indicators. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and cybersecurity standards. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related fields. - 12-18 years of experience in MES, industrial automation, or digital manufacturing. - Certifications in ISA, GAMP, PMP, or ITIL are a plus.
