Delivery Lead - Snowflake Data Engineer

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and Snowflake-certified Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Snowflake architecture, data modeling, and pipeline development, along with a strong understanding of cloud data ecosystems and enterprise data integration.

Desired Skills And Experience

?Candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field?68 years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3 years on Snowflake.?Snowflake certification (SnowPro Core or Advanced).?Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud data architecture.?Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt).?Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).?Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.?Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).?Exposure to BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.?Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance standards.?Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries.?Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.?Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide clear updates.Must possess good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

?Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using Snowflake.?Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and performance-optimized queries.?Integrate Snowflake with various data sources, APIs, and enterprise platforms.?Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all data workflows.?Collaborate with data analysts, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver reliable data solutions.?Monitor and optimize Snowflake performance, storage, and compute usage.?Automate data workflows using orchestration tools like Airflow or dbt.?Maintain documentation for data architecture, processes, and standards.
