Job Description

As a Delivery Lead Manager at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Finance Operations vertical to determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. Your responsibilities will include financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. You will design and implement tools and processes to enable the client to perform financial analysis of its statements, assessing materiality and volatility of financial statement line items and key metrics using financial ratios to determine the financial health of the company. What we are looking for: - Written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, SQL Server, Advanced Excel - FP&A Experience including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis of revenue, working capital, gross margin & SG&A, pricing, and predictive reporting - Business Communication skills - Written / Verbal Your roles and responsibilities will include: - Identifying and assessing complex problems for area(s) of responsibility - Creating solutions requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives - Setting strategic direction and establishing near-term goals - Interacting with senior management levels at clients and/or within Accenture, negotiating or influencing significant matters - Making decisions with a lasting impact on the area of responsibility and potentially impacting areas outside of your own responsibility - Managing large teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
