Job Description

As a Delivery lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire testing lifecycle of web applications and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. You will utilize your expertise in test metrics, reporting, and various testing tools to drive efficient and effective testing processes. Responsibilities: - Define and implement enterprise-wide testing frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. - Lead large-scale testing programs across functional, automation and performance testing. - Ensure alignment of testing processes with organizational objectives and client requirements. - Analyze RFPs and customer requirements to identify strategic win themes. - Provide inputs to solution teams on testing levers and approaches. - Support business development with testing expertise during client engagements. - Oversee end-to-end testing delivery for multiple projects. - Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing practices. - Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable test automation frameworks. - Evaluate and recommend tools for functional testing. - Integrate testing frameworks into CI/CD pipelines. - Work closely with product owners, developers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC. - Drive adoption of shift-left testing and continuous testing approaches. - Research emerging technologies and testing trends (AI-driven testing, cloud-based test environments). - Optimize test environments and infrastructure for efficiency and scalability. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Promote a culture of experimentation and innovation within QA teams. - Mentor and manage senior test managers, leads, and large distributed teams. - Build capability by training teams in emerging tools and technologies. - Foster a culture of innovation and accountability. - Partner with product owners, developers, and business analysts to ensure seamless integration of testing. - Communicate testing progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and clients.,
