Delivery Executive

Role Overview: As a Delivery Executive at Salad Days, you will be responsible for supporting both kitchen operations (packing & dispatch) and last-mile delivery. Your role will be crucial in maintaining food quality and ensuring a positive brand experience for customers. You should be disciplined, hygienic, and presentable, with a customer-friendly attitude. Flexibility in working different shift formats, including break shifts, is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Order packaging and dispatching - Co-ordination with food aggregators delivery partners for smooth dispatch - Deliver orders directly to customers using your two-wheeler - Ensure timely and safe delivery using local route knowledge - Maintain strict hygiene standards: clean-shaven, no beard, trimmed nails, clean uniform - Adhere to company standards for food safety and cleanliness - Represent the brand positively during deliveries by being polite and professional at every touchpoint Qualifications Required: - Minimum High school (10th) education with basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness - Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license - Familiarity with local delivery areas and routes; open to working in break shifts - Physically fit, punctual, and dependable with a clean-shaven and well-groomed appearance - Prior experience in food delivery or kitchen dispatch is a plus Salad Days is passionate about making healthy eating delicious and convenient.
