Job Description – Delivery Executive (BigBasket 10-Min Grocery Delivery)Job SummaryWe are hiring Delivery Executives for BigBasket’s 10-Minute Grocery Delivery operations. The role involves picking up grocery orders from dark stores/warehouses and delivering them quickly, accurately, and safely to customers while ensuring excellent customer service. Key ResponsibilitiesPick up and deliver grocery orders within the 10-minute delivery timeline. Handle 10–15 orders per batch with accuracy and care. Collect customer acknowledgments, handle payments (if applicable), and settle at the hub. Maintain delivery equipment and follow all traffic/safety rules. Report issues, delays, or customer concerns promptly. Shift TimingsMorning: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Evening: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Night: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (as per requirement) Salary & BenefitsPay: Per-order base pay + incentives (on-time delivery, attendance, performance). Payouts: Weekly / monthly. Extras: Fuel allowance (if applicable) + company-provided insurance (health/accident). RequirementsMinimum: 10th Pass (12th preferred). Valid Driving License, RC & insurance for own two-wheeler. Smartphone with internet access. Local route knowledge, punctual, responsible, and customer-friendly.
