Delivery Executive

Job Description – Delivery Executive (Flipkart – E-commerce) We are hiring Delivery Executives for Flipkart’s e-commerce operations. The role involves delivering customer orders within designated time slots, ensuring safe and accurate handling of products, and providing excellent customer service at every step. Key ResponsibilitiesPick up assigned orders from the Flipkart hub. Deliver products to customers within the assigned slot (Morning/Evening). Ensure safe handling and accurate delivery of up to 50 packets per shift. Verify and collect customer acknowledgments during delivery. Handle Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions and submit to hub as per process. Follow delivery routes and timelines as per company standards. Provide professional and courteous service to ensure customer satisfaction. Report any issues, delays, or discrepancies to the supervisor. Shift TimingsMorning: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Evening: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Shift allocation will be based on business requirement/roster) Salary & BenefitsPay Structure: Per delivery base price (as per company policy). RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th Pass (12th preferred). Valid Driving License and RC (Registration Certificate). Own two-wheeler with valid insurance (mandatory).
