Delivery Driver

Job Title: Delivery Driver (Restaurant)Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Driver to join our restaurant team. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for delivering food orders promptly and safely while maintaining excellent customer service and supporting basic in-store duties when required.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders to customers accurately and on time
• Ensure food quality and packaging are maintained during delivery
• Collect cash or process digital payments and return them to the counter accurately
• Verify order details before leaving the restaurant
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the delivery vehicle
• Follow assigned delivery routes and traffic regulations
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally
• Assist with basic restaurant tasks when not on delivery (packing, cleaning, organizing)
• Report any delivery issues or customer feedback to the supervisor
• Maintain punctuality and proper attendance

Requirements & Skills

• Valid two-wheeler driving license (four-wheeler if applicable)
• Knowledge of local routes and areas
• Ability to use smartphone apps for orders and navigation
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit and able to handle delivery schedules
• Honest, responsible, and punctual

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous food delivery or restaurant experience
• Own vehicle (if required by the restaurant)

Work Location

Restaurant-based with local delivery areas

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
