Job Description

Job Title: Delivery Boy

Location: Andheri - bandra

Department: Operations / Delivery

Reporting To: Store Manager / Operations Executive

Job Summary:

The Delivery Boy is responsible for delivering bakery and café products to customers quickly and safely. The role includes picking up prepared orders, ensuring timely delivery, handling payments if needed, and providing polite and professional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect orders from the store and deliver them to customers on time.
Ensure all items are packed properly and reach the customer in good condition.
Handle cash or digital payments and submit collections to the store at the end of the shift.
Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules efficiently.
Communicate with the store team for any delays, wrong addresses, or delivery issues.
Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the delivery bag and bike.
Follow all traffic and safety rules while driving.
Be polite, professional, and maintain a positive attitude with all customers.

Requirements and Skills:

Minimum education: 10th pass or equivalent.
Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Knowledge of local delivery routes and navigation apps (Google Maps).
Punctual, disciplined, and honest in handling cash and deliveries.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Should own a bike (fuel allowance provided, if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
