Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Pick up and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner. Follow the delivery schedule and route as assigned by the supervisor. Confirm delivery by obtaining signatures or providing delivery confirmations through mobile apps. Handle products carefully to prevent damage. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members. Maintain the cleanliness and operational condition of the delivery vehicle (if company-provided). Follow traffic laws and safety regulations. Report any issues with deliveries or vehicle performance promptly. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver’s license or two-wheeler license (if required). Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role is an advantage. Familiarity with local routes and GPS systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Physical stamina to lift and carry items during deliveries.
