Job Description

Core Responsibilities: Package Handling: Safely loading and unloading packages, ensuring they are not damaged during transport. Navigation: Utilizing maps, GPS, or other navigation tools to reach delivery locations efficiently. Delivery Confirmation: Obtaining signatures, confirming receipt of deliveries, and sometimes collecting payments. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate delivery logs, updating delivery statuses, and reporting any issues or discrepancies. Vehicle Maintenance: Ensuring the delivery vehicle is in good working order and reporting any maintenance needs. Customer Interaction: Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and handling complaints professionally.
