Job Description

Pickup & Delivery: Collect and deliver shipments/parcels from the warehouse or pickup points to customers. Ensure accurate and on-time deliveries as per assigned routes or locations. Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers professionally at the time of delivery. Collect digital or cash payments (if applicable) and provide receipts. Vehicle & Route Management: Use mobile apps (e.g., GPS, delivery apps) to navigate routes. Maintain basic upkeep of the bike (fuel, cleanliness, documents). Report delays, failed deliveries, or incidents to the supervisor promptly. Documentation: Get delivery confirmations (signature, OTP, photo proof). Submit delivery records, receipts, or payment collections at the end of the shift.
