Delivery and Resource Manager

As a Delivery & Resource Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team to ensure successful client implementation service delivery. Your role will involve overseeing implementation projects, managing staffing, assigning projects, capacity planning, and ensuring project profitability. You will work closely with the team using Agile practices to make decisions on tools that enhance team productivity and reduce costs. Additionally, you will represent the company effectively to clients and lead requirements gathering to translate business needs into solutions. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards. This involves overseeing system design, coding standards, code reviews, and meeting customer expectations. You will create work plans for team members, allocate upcoming tasks, delegate responsibilities, and set deadlines. Being actively engaged with the team, providing support, and keeping them updated with new technologies and techniques is essential. Furthermore, you will foster an inspiring team environment with open communication and liaise with clients for work coordination and feedback. In this role, you will present team status updates to senior management regularly. You will also handle requests for proposals (RFPs) and technical questionnaires from customers, coordinate for DevOps, recommend changes in processes and systems, and ensure effective governance. Your qualifications should include at least 5-7 years of experience in technology companies with a focus on leadership, project management, and operational management. Experience in software professional services environments is preferred, along with strong skills in project management, consulting, technology, process improvement, and team building. You should possess excellent programming skills in Java, Struts, Hibernate, JavaScript, React JS, Native React, databases, DevOps, Cloud, and software architecture. Additionally, you should demonstrate proficiency in business analysis, quality assurance, and communication skills for both internal and client-facing interactions. Proven experience in web and mobile development will be beneficial for this role.,
