Job Description

Description for the position of Delay Analyst shall be as follows: Has to have an overall Experience of 10 to 15 Years. Minimum Qualification shall be B.E. Civil Engineering. Post Graduation in Construction/Contracts Management is preferred. Experience in infrastructure project works preferred. Must have hands on experience in MSP and PRIMAVERA P6. Must have experience in Forensic delay analysis. Should possess knowledge in project planning. Should possess knowledge in Project Scheduling. Should possess knowledge in prolongation cost claims. Must have experience in preparation of Extension of Time application. Must have knowledge in preparation of Delay and Disruption cost claims. Must have a good understanding of infrastructure project works. Good understanding of Contract conditions [FIDIC, NHPC, NPCIL]. Show more Show less
