In the Insights & Analytics division at ZS, you will engage with clients to address a wide range of business challenges through advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Your responsibilities will include assessing client needs, designing and executing market research studies, analyzing research data to derive actionable insights, and managing multiple projects simultaneously within tight timelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographies, utilizing your strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should possess a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering with a focus on analytics, along with 2-4 years of relevant post-collegiate experience. While an MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred, it is not mandatory. Previous experience in consulting or market research within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare services sectors is advantageous. Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies, as well as advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint for creating reports and dashboards, will be essential for success in this position.
