1. Plan and execute daily deburring, Vibro finishing, and Chamfering operations as per schedules.
2. Knowledge on the Media & Compounds used in Vibro, Various types of Belts and its applications
3. Select appropriate media, compounds, deburring tools, brushes, and stones based on component requirements.
4. Set and monitor Vibro machine parameters (time, load, media ratio, speed, compound addition).
5. Monitor process flow from loading to unloading and ensure timely output based on Cycle time
6. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, tumblers, Vibro units, and tools.
7. Identify defects like incomplete deburring, over-polishing, media impression, or dimensional changes and implement corrective actions.
8. Maintain chemical usage records (Vibro compounds, rust preventives, cleaning agents).
9. Optimize media consumption and maintain stock levels in coordination with stores.
10. Ensure periodic cleaning and maintenance of Vibro machines, Deburring and separators.
