Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity. You will manage recovery and collection of outstanding accounts by calling and meeting customers/relevant personnel. Additionally, you will ensure deposits and banking of cash/cheque collected are done as per process and in a timely manner. You will also monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and investigate historical data for each debt or bill.
