Job Description

Role Overview: As a Debt Collection Team Leader, you will be responsible for establishing, managing, and leading the debt collection team to achieve department goals. Your role will involve demonstrating excellent leadership skills, high motivation, and proficiency in debt recovery. Key Responsibilities: - Train and mentor collection staff to enhance their performance through guidance and support. - Develop and implement effective collection strategies to reduce bad debt and improve recovery rates. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to debt collection activities. - Collaborate with other departments to efficiently resolve complex cases. - Prepare and present regular reports on collection activities, performance, and outstanding debts to senior management. - Ensure all collection activities are conducted professionally and ethically. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of total work experience in a similar role. (Note: Benefits include paid time off and a performance bonus.
