Location: Remote (Work From Home) with occasional visits to our office in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Candidates must be based in Meerut

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified and reputed academic professional to serve as Dean (Faculty & Authorized Signatory). The candidate will act as the official signatory for degree certificates and transcripts issued under SIMA, ensuring academic credibility and compliance with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the authorized signatory for degree certificates and transcripts of SIMA.

Maintain and uphold academic quality standards across programs (DBA, PhD, MBA, BBA).

Conduct live lectures and/or contribute recorded lectures as required (not mandatory).

Support academic governance, evaluation standards, and faculty engagement.

Compensation:

INR 20,000/- (per month) as an honorarium for signatory authority and academic contributions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

PhD/Doctorate or equivalent in Management/Business or related field.

Significant academic and administrative experience (preferably at Dean/Director/Professor level).

Strong understanding of higher education quality frameworks and global academic practices.

Should be prepared for promotional announcements as Dean on social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
