Job Description

Location: Jaipur (with occasional travel) Experience: 1–3 years in B2B or dealer/distributor sales Reporting to: Founder/Director Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture relationships with existing dealers across India Follow up on leads generated from social media, exhibitions, referrals, etc. Share product updates, catalogues, offers, and sample kits with dealers regularly Coordinate with the operations team for order dispatches and after-sales support Maintain dealer database, follow-up trackers, and sales records Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Visit dealer cities occasionally for relationship building and onboarding Skills Required: Strong communication and follow-up skills Basic understanding of lighting or willingness to learn Fluent in English and Hindi Familiar with WhatsApp Business, Excel, and Google Sheets, computer knowledge is a must Self-driven and organized
