About the Role:

Seeking a highly skilled Dealer Domain Expert with 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Requirements

Proven expertise as a subject matter expert for Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and dealer business processes.
Sound understanding of business requirements gathering and process flow definition for dealer sales, service and parts operations.
Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating with IT, product and business teams to translate dealer needs into functional and technical solutions.
Hands-on exposure to supporting the implementation and integration of dealer platforms with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP and MDM.
Strong ability to maintain data consistency, accuracy and compliance across dealer networks.
Experience analyzing dealer performance metrics and recommending process or system improvements.
Proficiency in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and delivering training sessions for dealer operations teams.
Familiarity with current industry trends and digital transformation initiatives within the dealer ecosystem.
Must have comprehensive knowledge of automotive dealer operations including sales, after sales, service, warranty and parts.
