Job Description

As the Pricing Architect Senior Manager at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in shaping and negotiating deals at an advanced level. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a trusted advisor to Accenture's senior business leaders, assisting them in enhancing sales outcomes for the firm. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support across key sales excellence programs within specific organizational units or process areas. To excel in this role, you must build strong relationships with senior leaders, understand their business objectives, and collaborate with them to drive improvements in sales performance metrics such as win rate and profitability. Leveraging your expertise in deal shaping and negotiation, you will work closely with sales leadership and teams to develop strategies, enhance sales acumen, and promote the adoption of sales performance tools and processes. Your role will also involve organizing and coordinating activities related to Sales Excellence offerings, under the direction of the Sales Excellence Lead. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering a superior sales excellence experience, providing feedback for continuous improvement, and ensuring that stakeholder needs are met effectively. As a Pricing Architect Senior Manager, you must possess exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. You should also demonstrate proficiency in financial acumen, market intelligence, and the ability to influence stakeholders to adopt Sales Excellence offerings that align with business requirements. Fluency in English, both oral and written, is essential for effective communication in this role. Furthermore, you should be prepared to support the working hours of the market unit or other business areas you are assigned to, and be flexible in your work hours based on shifting business needs. A conducive home office setup with a stable internet connection will be necessary for remote work, in compliance with local guidelines. Occasional travel may also be required as part of your responsibilities. With 8 or more years of experience in a similar capacity and an undergraduate degree, you are well-positioned to thrive in this challenging yet rewarding role at Accenture.
