Deal Structure Valuation Analyst (Real Estate)

Role Overview: As a Valuation Analyst within the Merchant Banking - Asset/Property Management, Real Estate Portfolio Valuations group, you will be responsible for analyzing and defining key real estate projects or initiatives to support the group's needs. Your role will involve reviewing Broker Price Opinions (BPO Reports) developed by real estate agents, focusing on sold comparable property characteristics, negotiating with external clients and vendors, and conducting research analysis of real estate property values to optimize collateral valuations. Key Responsibilities: - Work with internal business unit leadership and business development functions to analyze and define key real estate projects or initiatives - Review Broker Price Opinions (BPO Reports) developed by real estate agents, evaluating BPO results for potential contestation or challenge - Focus on sold comparable property characteristics of single family homes to ensure fair value for the subject property - Negotiate with outside real estate brokers and clients for real estate portfolio investment valuations - Conduct research analysis of real estate property values within the marketplace for maximum return on investments and collateral valuations - Maintain and manage integrity of BPO-related data and books and records - Manage BPO Portfolio and perform data analytics Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills - Ability to analyze and interpret real estate data - Negotiation skills to advocate for company views on properties - Experience in real estate valuation or asset management - Knowledge of property valuation methods and techniques Please Note: This role is a full-time, permanent position located in Mumbai, India.,
