Job Description

Role & responsibilities Customer Help Engineer for PMO IEE Productivity Tools • Diagnose and troubleshoot Emerson's control system applications to ensure swift and impressive user resolutions. • Manage multiple challenges and prioritize open issues with finesse. • Engage dynamically with users via phone, email, or chat to enhance their experience. • Escalate critical issues to internal teams like software developers and Product Owner for smooth resolutions. • Develop engaging training materials and FAQs to empower users. • Create tool awareness videos to boost user confidence and support rollout. • Lead exciting training programs and application demos to drive enthusiasm. • Build a global network across Emerson offices to promote Tool Adoption. • Participate in Sprint planning and application testing for innovative development. • Collaborate in Scrum meetings to refine user stories and tackle implementation challenges. • Perform thorough testing of application software across various environments. • Report and verify bugs through Azure DevOps to maintain high-quality user experiences. • Prepare timely reports to drive insights and enhance tool utilization. • Contribute to impactful IEE rollout release sessions for successful launches Preferred candidate profile DCS Projects Domain Experience at least 3 years • Hands on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Knowledge of DeltaV Software • Knowledge of Agile Project Execution methodology • Knowledge of various automation tools such as Office365, PowerBI, MS flow • Experience of projects with Global Emerson offices, EPCs, other engineering offices • Experience on Leading DCS projects
