As a Demi Chef de Partie (Bakery) at our company, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bakery items while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. Your creativity in presentation and hands-on experience in bakery operations will be valuable assets to our dynamic culinary team. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and bake breads, pastries, desserts, and other bakery items following hotel standards. - Assist the Chef de Partie and Pastry Chef in daily operations. - Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients. - Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols. - Share innovative ideas for new bakery items and seasonal menus. - Provide guidance and supervision to Commis-level team members as needed. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a hotel bakery or pastry kitchen. - Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Diploma or certification in Bakery & Confectionery preferred.
