DC Network Engineer

As a Network Engineer at ESDS, you will be an integral part of the Datacenter Networking Team, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining state-of-the-art cloud and on-premises network infrastructures with a focus on security and scalability. Your expertise will drive innovative solutions for the IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and operational excellence. Your roles and responsibilities will include developing technical solutions tailored to meet customer needs, enhancing network stability through infrastructure upgrades, supporting multi Data center network infrastructure, troubleshooting complex enterprise network environments, participating in after-hours on-call rotations and war rooms for critical site issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams of Network and Security Architects, Server and Platform Engineers, and Data Center Operations. You will also be tasked with creating SOPs for day-to-day operations, conducting feasibility studies on network plans, analyzing project requirements for enterprise network integration, maintaining project plans and status updates, delivering training and mentoring to team members, interfacing with equipment vendors and service providers, resolving trouble tickets promptly, and providing exceptional customer service. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of routing and switching protocols such as BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP, VXLAN, and EVPN, hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, HP, or similar routers and switches, familiarity with cloud networking and datacenter environments, excellent communication skills, and proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate should hold a BE/MCA or equivalent degree, along with CCNA/CCNP certifications, and have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in network engineering.,
