Job Description

We are seeking an experienced DBT Tech Lead with 8+ years of strong hands-on experience in Data Engineering, ETL design, and Data Pipeline development
The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of recent and practical experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) for building data models, transformations, and orchestration
The role requires deep expertise in SQL, data modeling, and modern data stack tools
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading data engineering initiatives, optimizing ETL workflows, ensuring scalable data pipelines, and implementing best practices for DBT-based modeling
Experience working in fast-paced, enterprise-grade data environments is essential
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Chennai, exclusively for immediate joiners with strong leadership capabilities and hands-on engineering experience
