DBA Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and implement scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade
Azure-based data solutions
Lead design-to-delivery of data architectures including
ADF, Databricks, Synapse, Data Lake, Data Fabric
Drive
data governance, ingestion, transformation, and security
initiatives
Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and DevOps teams for solution alignment
Define
architecture best practices
, patterns, and governance frameworks
Migrate legacy/on-prem data platforms to
Azure cloud environments
Optimize performance, cost, and reliability of data pipelines
Mentor and lead junior engineers and architects

Required Skills & Experience:

15+ years
in database technology and architecture
3–5+ years
in a
dedicated Architect role
Expert in
Azure ADF, Azure Databricks, Data Fabric solutions
Strong hands-on in
data modeling, warehousing, ETL/ELT
Proficient in
SQL, NoSQL, Big Data tech
Knowledge of
CI/CD
, cost optimization, and data monitoring on Azure
Strong leadership, governance, and compliance experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Azure certifications
(e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate, Solutions Architect)
Experience with
Microsoft Fabric
Exposure to
AI/ML integration in data pipelines
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
