As a Daycare Teacher at our Gurugram center, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for young children to support their early childhood development. Your passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and caring attitude will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote their development. - Maintain a safe, clean, and organized daycare environment. - Communicate effectively with parents to update them on their child's progress and daily routine. - Monitor children's behavior, development, and well-being to ensure their safety and well-being. - Assist with feeding, hygiene, and naptime routines as needed. - Encourage social interaction, creativity, and learning through play and structured activities. - Ensure the emotional and physical safety of all children under your care. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree, preferably in Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field. - Prior experience in a daycare, preschool, or early childhood education setting is preferred. - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. - Patience, empathy, and a child-friendly attitude. - Basic knowledge of early childhood care and development. - Strong organizational and observation skills.
