To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field. Prior experience in a daycare or early childhood education setting would be beneficial. Proficiency in English and Hindi, along with basic knowledge of early childhood care and development, will be valuable assets. Strong organizational and observation skills are essential to ensure the smooth operation of the daycare center.
