Daycare Incharge

Responsibilities

• Manage overall daycare operations and maintain a safe, child-friendly atmosphere.
• Handle small children (playgroup age) with warmth, patience, and empathy.
• Plan, conduct, and manage daily learning engagements including early learning activities, interactive play, story sessions, rhymes, sensory activities, and fine motor skill development.
• Ensure children’s overall well-being, including their emotional, social, and physical needs.
• Supervise meal/snack times and assist children as required.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness within the daycare space.
• Keep daily attendance, activity records, and maintain parent communication logs.
• Communicate positively and professionally with parents regarding their child’s routine and development.
• Coordinate with school administration for supplies, planning, and operational needs.
• Guide and supervise daycare support staff.
• Manage emergencies calmly and follow all safety protocols.
