As a Preschool & Day Care Teacher at Petals Pre School, Noida Extension, you will play a crucial role in nurturing young minds with love and creativity. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and conducting interactive preschool activities such as stories, rhymes, art, and play to stimulate children's learning and development. - Ensuring safety, hygiene, and daily routine management in the day care facility to provide a secure and comfortable environment for the children. - Supporting children's social, emotional, and intellectual growth through positive interactions and engaging activities. - Communicating effectively with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress and development. - Collaborating with team members to create a positive and supportive environment for both children and staff. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation (mandatory) - Additional qualifications like NTT / ECCE / B.Ed. / Diploma in Early Childhood Education will be a plus - Experience in preschool / day care teaching preferred - Strong communication skills in English & Hindi - Patience, creativity, and ability to engage with children warmly Joining Petals Pre School will offer you the opportunity to be part of a reputed preschool brand, work in a supportive, growth-oriented environment, and make a real difference in shaping young lives.
