Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional agile teams in a fast-paced environment. 3+ years' experience on report migration projects. Skills: Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile frameworks. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Familiarity with agile project management tools like Jira, Trello etc. Key Competencies Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
