Database Tech Lead

You should have 6-10 years of experience for this position located in Hyderabad. Your key responsibilities will include leading the design, development, and deployment of software solutions to meet business goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the software is optimized for performance, scalability, and security. Guiding team members in adopting best practices for coding, testing, and design is also an essential aspect of this role. Providing regular feedback and mentorship to junior team members is encouraged. You will act as a technical point of contact for clients and ensure smooth project delivery. Additionally, troubleshooting issues, resolving technical challenges as they arise, contributing to architecture discussions, solution design, and continuous improvement efforts are part of your duties. Your qualifications should include solid experience in Database Design & Architecture and hands-on expertise with SQL-based systems. Proficiency in query optimization, performance tuning, and database indexing is required. Experience with ETL tools (SSIS) and data integration is beneficial. Knowledge of Power BI and DAX queries for reporting and analytics is a plus. Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and guiding teams are essential. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are highly valued. Experience in the insurance domain or related industries would be an advantage.,
