Role Summary Sr./Database Analyst role is a combination of DB Development along with DB administration @ Alacriti. DB development would be the primary skill with part of Administration. Applicants with minimum 3 year to 4 years of experience can apply. The ideal candidate should have good analytical & problem-solving skills. Must have experience in Mysql, PostgreSQL and AWS. Role & responsibilities Write SQL queries , stored procedures , triggers , views , partitions Experience with MySQL DB Development cum administration (latest version) Do database performance tuning, especially SQL tuning Proficient in MySQL and PostgreSQL Administration. Proficient in one scripting language Shell / Python . AWS Experience is required Work with the developers in designing and configuring the database objects Assist the developers in writing and tuning queries for optimal performance Install MySql database in different environments (optional) Troubleshoot the database issues and resolve them quickly Monitor the different environments and proactively resolve them before the issue arises Work under a Senior Database Administrator Preferred candidate profile College degree: Any B.Tech/B.E/ M.C.A Have good communication, analytical and team skills Should have Attention to detail Should have the natural problem-solving capability Should be able to effectively communicate his views
