Routing of incoming tickets to the appropriate teams:
Establishment and maintenance of a centralized ticket intake channel (currently not available)
Tracking and monitoring of Dronet data preparation jobs
Debugging and issue resolution in data processing workflows
Monitoring of GCP infrastructure components (example: Kubernetes clusters, Cloud SQL instances)
Ensuring system availability and performance
Execution and supervision of AirbornRF data imports
Sending customer notifications for relevant events or updates
Pulling container images from the Dimetor artifact registry and pushing them to the internal registry
Performing vulnerability scans on images
Notifying Dimetor in case of critical or high CVEs
Deploying applications using the Neuron framework
Implementing security hardening measures for infrastructure
Managing access rights and roles (Access Management)
