Data Visualization Manager

As a Data Visualization Manager at Zafin, you will have the opportunity to lead a growing Enterprise Data Platform team, driving strategy, mentoring a high-performing team, and collaborating cross-functionally across the organization. Your role will involve designing and executing scalable, data-driven solutions that empower decision-making at all levels of the business. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team of data visualization specialists to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions. - Architect and oversee the end-to-end enterprise data platform, including data pipelines, models, and dashboards using Azure Data Factory, Azure Analysis Services, and Power BI. - Set technical direction and establish best practices for dashboard development and visualization standards. - Collaborate with senior stakeholders across departments to understand business needs, translate them into data requirements, and prioritize delivery. - Ensure quality and consistency in data delivery through rigorous review, validation, and performance optimization. - Drive innovation by exploring emerging tools and techniques in the Azure and Power BI ecosystems, including Microsoft Fabric and AI-enhanced analytics. - Own roadmap planning for the function, aligning team capacity with business priorities and timelines. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience managing or leading a data visualization, BI, or analytics team. - Strong ability to coach and inspire team members, promote continuous learning, and foster a culture of excellence. - Hands-on expertise with Power BI, Azure Data Factory, SQL, and Azure Analysis Services. - Strong command of DAX, data modeling principles, and enterprise-scale dashboard design. - Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and broader Azure analytics services is a strong plus. - Excellent communicator with a talent for simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. - Adept at building relationships with stakeholders, translating needs into clear technical deliverables. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
