**Job Description:** As a Data Visualization Manager at Zafin, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Enterprise Data Platform team. Your expertise in Power BI, Azure analysis technologies, and data modeling will be instrumental in driving strategy, mentoring a high-performing team, and collaborating cross-functionally across the organization. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making at all levels of the business. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team of data visualization specialists to deliver impactful and scalable solutions. - Architect and oversee the end-to-end enterprise data platform, managing data pipelines, models, and dashboards utilizing Azure Data Factory, Azure Analysis Services, and Power BI. - Define technical direction and establish best practices for dashboard development and visualization standards. - Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into data requirements, and prioritize delivery. - Ensure data quality and consistency through thorough review, validation, and performance optimization. - Drive innovation by exploring new tools and techniques in the Azure and Power BI ecosystems, such as Microsoft Fabric and AI-enhanced analytics. - Own roadmap planning for the function, aligning team capacity with business priorities and timelines. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience managing or leading a data visualization, BI, or analytics team, demonstrating strong leadership and coaching skills. - Hands-on expertise with Power BI, Azure Data Factory, SQL, and Azure Analysis Services, with a solid understanding of DAX, data modeling principles, and enterprise-scale dashboard design. - Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and broader Azure analytics services is beneficial. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in analytics or leadership are advantageous.
